Pending Payment Status via CIMB Clicks

Please note that we are experiencing a technical issue with the payment module through CIMB Clicks. Hence, if you attempt to make a payment via CIMB Clicks, you might encounter a status of "Pending" or "Failed" even though the fund has been deducted from your bank account. |

Please be assured that CGS will ensure your transactions are updated accordingly for instance, eDeposit amount will be credited into your trust account as long as the payment has been successfully deducted from your CIMB account. |
