Latest Update – Issue Regards to the Upgrade Mobile App V3.1

Dear CGS iTrade Customers,

Please be informed that we have released a new version of mobile application (V3.1.2) on Saturday, 14 Dec 2024.

This release includes several key fixes:

1. The intermittent issue of an empty portfolio and order book.
2. Connection issue when placing a GTD order.
3. Error when activating “Face ID” for iOS users.

Please note that the watchlist sorting issue where you are unable to sort alphabetically, is scheduled to be resolved in the next release, expected in January 2025.

Rest assured that we are constantly working to address all the reported issues. If you experience any issue with mobile app V3.1, please do not hesitate to contact your Dealer’s Representative or our iTrade Call Centre should you require further assistance.
