Important: Update Your Contact Details for Upcoming 2FA Login

Dear CGS Valued Clients, |
|
In response to regulatory requirements to enhance the security of your online trading account, Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) will soon be implemented on the iTrade platforms. |
|
With the 2FA implementation, you will need to enter: |
1. Your User ID & Password |
2. A One-Time Pin (OTP) sent to your registered email address (New Requirement) |
|
What Do You Need to Do Now? |
Please ensure your contact details (registered email address and contact number) are active and valid to receive the OTP to avoid login issues. |

How to Update Your Contact Details? |
Step 1: Check your contact details from iTrade web > My Profile > Account Information. |
Step 2: IF your contact details are not updated, please fill in the “Client Information Update Request" form. |
Step 3: Ensure the completeness of the form and submit to your respective Dealer’s Representative. |
Note: No action is required if both contact details are updated. |
