Important Notice: Mandatory iTrade Mobile App Upgrade for Enhanced Security

To prepare for the upcoming launch of Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) - a feature that adds an extra layer of security during login, we will be upgrading the iTrade Mobile App to version 3.1.10, effective October 2025. |
|
This upgrade is mandatory to ensure your app stays compatible and secure ahead of the 2FA rollout. |

What You Need to Know: |

The app will prompt you to update to version 3.1.10.

You must complete the update to continue using the app.

After the upgrade, the app will only support:
- Android version 13 and above
- Apple iOS 16 and above

If your device is running Android 12 or iOS 15 and below, the app may not work properly or may become inaccessible. |

1. What is a force upgrade?
A force upgrade means the app will require you to update to version 3.1.10 before you can log in or use any features. You won’t be able to access the app until the update is completed. |
