Imposition of Service Tax to the Service Tax (Amendment) Regulations 2025 - 1 Oct 2025

Pursuant to the Service Tax (Amendment) Regulations 2025, provision of financial services is subject to 8% service tax. In this regard, 8% service tax will be imposed on all the fees and charges for financial services provided by Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Berhad (BMD). |

|
|
The 8% service tax on applicable fees and charges will take effect from 1 October 2025. |
