2FA Implementation on iTrade Platforms

Dear CGS Valued Clients, |

In reference to our notice dated 24 July 2025 regarding the update of your contact details, we would like to inform that Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) will be implemented across all iTrade platforms starting Friday, 31 October 2025 after 5.00PM. This enhancement is in line with Bursa Malaysia’s directive for all brokers to implement multi-factor authentication. |

With the 2FA implementation, you will need to enter:
1. Your User ID & Password
2. A One-Time PIN (OTP) sent to your registered email address (New Step) |
