Enhancement to CGS eWithdrawal Service – Launching 10 November 2025

In May 2024, CGS has successfully launched the eWithdrawal service via iTrade web and mobile application to clients who meet the eligibility criteria. |
|
|
|
|
As part of our continued commitment to enhance the overall client experience, we are pleased to inform you that the upgraded eWithdrawal version 2.0 will be launched on Monday, 10 November 2025. |
|

|
|
|
What’s New? |
|
|
Direct Trading Account holders and Non-Malaysian clients will now be able to perform eWithdrawal seamlessly via iTrade web and mobile application. Click here to find out more! |

|
How to Submit an eWithdrawal Request? |
|
|
Step 1: Go to “eServices” menu and select “eWithdrawal”. |
|
|
Step 2: Select your “Non-Margin” trading account. Enter “Amount to Withdraw” and click “Proceed”. |
|
|
Step 3: Read the T&C and “Accept”. |
|
|
Step 4: Enter your 6 digits trading pin and click “Submit”. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|
