Important Update: OTP Delivery for 2FA

Dear CGS Valued Clients, |

We have received feedback thatthe delivery of One-Time PINs (OTPs) for Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) may be delayed when using a corporate email address. |
|
|
|
To ensure timely receipt of OTPs, we kindly recommend whitelisting noreply.cgsi.com & cgsi.com within your organization’s email servers or firewall system. |
|
|
|
How to Whitelist? |
|
Please contact your IT or email administrator and provide the following details: |
|
|
Sender Address: noreply.cgsi.com
Domain: cgsi.com
Purpose: OTP for Two-Factor Authentication
Action Required: Add to Safe Sender List, Allow List, or Email Gateway Whitelist. |

|
|
Implementing the above measures may help improve OTP delivery to your email inbox. |
