We would like to inform you that several enhancements for the Mobile Application have been implemented and released on Saturday, 7 March 2026. These enhancements aim to further improve user experience, security, and login convenience. |

2FA UI Enhancement |
Updated UI with clearer OTP screen and improved resend countdown.

Enhanced 2FA Help & Support Guidance |
Tapping “Not your email?” will open a bottom drawer with clear instructions and direct access to support channels (Call, Email, Office Address).

Password & PIN Visibility Toggle |
A new eye-icon‑ toggle added, allowing clients to switch between hidden and visible text for improved accuracy.

Randomized PIN Keypad
Notes: user can turn off the randomization |
When the Randomized Keypad is enabled, digits (0–9) will appear in a different random order each time, reducing screen-pattern tracking and shoulder-surfing risks. This feature applies to Order Pad PIN entry for buy/sell orders.
If the feature is not enabled, the keypad will remain in the standard numeric layout.
