⚠️ Scam Messages Referencing Our Employees

Dear CGS iTrade customers, |

SCAM ALERT: We have been made aware of scam messages circulating on messaging and social platforms such as Whatsapp that reference the names, roles, and/or images of our employees to create a false sense of legitimacy. |
|
|
|
In some cases, these messages may invite recipients to join “investment” or “stock” groups, request that recipients continue the conversation on another platform, or promote offers that claim unusually high, guaranteed, or “low-risk” returns. Please be advised that these communications are not authorised by CGS International Securities Malaysia (CGS MY) and are not associated with our employees. |

To protect yourself, please observe the following precautions: |

Do not engage with unsolicited messages from unknown individuals.

Do not share personal information (e.g., identification details, bank account information, OTPs, passwords).

Do not click suspicious links or download unknown files.

Do not transfer money or make payments based on instructions received via message.

Verify communications through our official channels listed on this website.

If you have received a message that claims to be connected to CGS MY or references our employees, we encourage you to: |

Take screenshots and retain relevant details (e.g., account name, phone number, group name, links).

Report the incident to us via email ([email protected]) or any of our verified platforms.

Consider lodging a report with the relevant authorities.
