Dear i*Trade@CIMB customers,

We wish to inform you that we have implemented the delivery of contract statement via email service (“E-Contract”) effective from 8^th July 2011.

With E-Contract, the contract statement will be sent to you via your preferred email address (es). Once you have signed up for E-Contract, the physical posting of contract statements to you will automatically be disabled. This service is also available for corporate account holders and you may nominate more than one email address.

The request will be processed by T+1 upon receipt of the completed request form. The E-Contract will be sent to your email address in a password protected PDF format.

More details on the E-Contract service:-

1.     Individual client/ authorised signatories for corporate account is required to sign and provide preferred email address and contract number on the request form. The request form can be downloaded from i*Trade@CIMB website, under Help > FAQs > E-Contract > Question 3.

2.     Email or fax the completed form to your respective Dealer’s Representative or Authorised Officer of CIMB Bank Berhad.

3.     E-Contract statements will be sent to your preferred email address(es) along with a guide on how to open the password protected attachment.

4.     In the event that there is a failure on sending to the specified email address due to exceed disk quota, wrong email address etc, the client will be contacted to verify on the email address. The E-Contract will be resent to the new email address.

5.     If this fails after the second attempt, we will send the contract statement via normal post.
