Please be informed that we will be shutting down outbound UA services today, 25 September 2024, |

from 12.30pm - 1.00pm due to an issue involving duplicate order numbers for HK orders. |
|
|
|
Impact: During this period, HK orders will be unable to be submitted.
|
|
|
|
Reason: The shutdown is necessary to resolve the issue of duplicate order numbers for HK orders. |
|
|
|
