Important Notice:

• For options 2, 3 and 4 please indicate your Trading Account Number and send the proof of payment to your Dealer’s Representative.
• Kindly be reminded that all payments should be made strictly to CGS International Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.
• Cash deposits are strictly prohibited. 
• Ensure all payments originate from your own bank account. Payments made by third parties or from joint bank accounts are strictly prohibited.

With Standing Instructions (SI)
If you have a registered SI bank account, you may perform online withdrawals via iTrade. Please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Log in to the iTrade web or iTrade mobile app.
Step 2: From the menu, select eServices > eWithdrawal.
Step 3: Select your “Non-Margin” trading account, enter the “Amount to Withdraw” (<RM10,000), and click “Proceed”.
Step 4: Read the T&Cs and click “Accept”.
Step 5: Enter your 6-digit trading PIN and click “Submit”.

Note: eWithdrawal is only available for eligible account types with an "Active" status. If you are unable to perform an eWithdrawal, please contact your Dealer Representative or the iTrade Call Centre for assistance. 
 

(ii) Without Standing Instructions (SI)

• Please contact your Dealer's Representative directly if you have their contact details, or

• Email your withdrawal request to [email protected]. Indicate your name, trading account number, amount to withdraw and Bank account name and number.

Important: Withdrawals to a Joint Bank Account are permitted only if the account is registered as your SI Bank Account, the joint account holder is an immediate family member, and you are the Primary Account Holder. Otherwise, the withdrawal request will be rejected by the Bank.

Yes. Securities can be withdrawn or transferred, subject to your account type and applicable requirements. Please contact your Dealer Representative or the iTrade Call Centre for assistance.

• You may click on to retrieve a hint to your password.
• On this screen, you are required to key in your user ID, a hint will be prompted
• Answer the hint & the system will automatically regenerate a 6-digit code which will be sent to your assigned e-mail address.
• Upon receiving with the newly generated 6-digit code, you will then need to log on and change this 6-digit code to a new password.
